B3WARE Solutions a été fondée par Vien Q. Bui et David Boutin suite à leur volonté de s'impliquer dans l'amélioration des services dans le domaine de la santé au Québec. Avec l'avènement des technologies de l'informations comme un incontournable dans l'amélioration dans la pratique de la médecine et le manque de ressources, les deux entrepreneurs y ont vu une opportunité d'aider les spécialistes de la santé.
